Moneil Multifamily Fund, LLC (the Company) is a Wyoming limited liability company whose overall strategy is to pool funds from private investors to acquire multiple multifamily properties located throughout the United States, specifically in emerging markets with good prospects of job and population growth.
The Company currently plans to raise up to $50 million from accredited investors, which it will use to acquire, renovate, operate multifamily properties and pay management fees. The Company has two primary investment strategies:
Fund Structure AND MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Company is managed by Moneil Multifamily Fund Manager, LLC (the Manager), a Wyoming limited liability company. Its manager is Moneil Investment Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company whose Key Principal is Vinod "Vinney" Chopra. The Management Team includes the Fund Administrator and Legal Counsel .
Fund Administrator is Hazic Investments. Hazic is a real estate investment and accountancy company based in Beverly Hills, California. The company’s web-based platform offers a complete solution with an uncompromised focus on accuracy, auditability, and transparency. Hazic has the expertise and hands-on experience to solve challenging operational issues faced by fund managers such as risk management and investor protection.
Legal Counsel is Syndication Attorneys, PLLC with offices in St. Augustine, Florida and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. It is a corporate securities law firm that helps clients nationwide with their federal real estate securities offerings. Kim Lisa Taylor is the founder of the firm and focuses on securities transactional law. She is licensed in California and in Florida. The firm employs additional of-counsel staff with significant securities experience as well as other support personnel.
